Before you buy

• Completing payment does not start your viewing period.
• The rental begins the first time you successfully start playing the video from your own account, and the viewing period configured for this rental runs from that moment.
• There is no start-by deadline — you may leave the rental unstarted until you choose to begin watching.
• The record kept on the site's server is the authoritative record of when your rental started and when it ends.
• Before you first start playing it, the rental is refundable, less any payment-processing fees charged to Nick Baxter that the payment processor does not return. After first playback it is non-refundable, unless a genuine technical failure of the site or the video-delivery service prevents reasonable access and cannot be resolved — in that case no processing fee is deducted.
• When a refund is issued because of a cancellation, return, or other discretionary refund you request, any payment-processing fees charged to Nick Baxter that the payment processor does not return are deducted from your refund. That deduction is never applied when the refund is due to an order that cannot be fulfilled, an incorrect item, qualifying shipping damage, a duplicate charge, or an unresolved technical problem.
