About this piece

This large scale conceptual torso project for Terry tells the story of a human being turned slowly into a machine, piece by piece. One arm features a weathered and damaged mechanical sleeve, and the other shows torn flesh with exposed internal anatomy. these seamlessly connect across Terry's back and chest with pieces depicting the halfway transition from man to machine, containing various parts being replaced and taking damage from the trials of life.
