Writing off a tattoo for taxes...

I've heard that you can write off tattoo work if you are a tattoo artist, does anyone know if this is true for a tattoo artist? Have you claimed it before?

I've written tattoos off as an R&D, continuing education sort of thing. My accountant says that's just fine.

I think no need to be a good writer for being a good tattoo artist. But a artist must have innovation power. Thanks for this sharing nice topic.
